The Spanish Government has put into effect a Royal Decree that limits marketing initiatives that will take effect as from Friday 3rd April 2020. The duration of this measure is to remain as long as Spain’s state of national alert remains in place. The decree will note all you to advertise, offer bonuses and promotions over the mediums used [including but not limited to: Advertising networks, social networks, emails, websites and other communicative ways to acquire or remind users of gambling offerings].
AdmiralBet Partners will need to protect all parties involved – that is, the Players (including potential players), our Partners and Us the Operator. Therefore, the only course of action is to suspend the Affiliate Programme as from 3rd of April 2020. This will last until the country has lifted the state of national alert but moreover until the AdmiralBet Partner Programme deems it satisfactory to resume affiliate operations.
We trust that you understand that the Decree puts too much risk for one partner not to follow the newly introduced rules and therefore such measures are required to establish a mutual understanding for all parties involved.
